Food win!

I’m not miserable anymore – I made tacos all by myself and they were friggin’ incredible.

I also upped my water intake and don’t feel so sorry for myself this evening, although there is some definite EDS flare crap going on here. 🤒🙄

The awesome tacos consisted of beef mince with kale, gem lettuce, avocado, Greek yoghurt and, of course, CHEESE.

Win.

The struggle is real.

Please someone tell me it gets better soon. I want biscuits and crisps and chocolate and sweets… The list goes on.

I’ve got the shakes. I’m bloody knackered. I feel sick. My joints ache. Is the keto flu real? Is this what it is? Or is it another one of my EDS flares?

So in all of my research, why didn’t I take into consideration all of the tips and tricks to avoid this? There’s me winging it again.

My goal today is to do all of the above to try and feel better. I’m not sure how I’ll manage the exercise part but I might manage a little walk.

Gah. 🙄
